A law firm seeks an associate attorney in Marysville, OH (and surrounding counties) to manage a diverse case portfolio spanning family law, landlord-tenant disputes, civil litigation, and transactional matters. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, client-focused, and eager to cultivate a personal practice within a collaborative team environment.

Duties

• Handle matters across domestic relations, small claims, and landlord-tenant disputes.

• Manage civil litigation from pleadings through trial preparation.

• Oversee real estate and collections actions, including drafting agreements and motions.

• Conduct client consultations, courtroom appearances, and hearings.

Requirements

• 0–5 years of post-J.D. legal experience.

• Demonstrated initiative in developing client relationships and case portfolios.

• Willingness to reside in or relocate to the assigned county or contiguous area.

• Proficiency with case management software and courtroom technology.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member in good standing of the Ohio Bar.
