Job Overview

A law firm seeks 2-3 mid-level to senior-level associates with 4-7+ years of experience to join their Financial Practices Group in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidates will have experience in commercial finance and/or real estate finance transactions, drafting and negotiating loan and security documents, and managing transactions from inception to closing.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate loan and security documents.
• Manage finance transactions from inception to closing.
• Collaborate with a team of finance attorneys on debt financing transactions.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in California.
• Experience with UCC Article 9 or real estate secured lending.
• Experience representing both lenders and borrowers is a plus.

Education

• Strong academic background from a top law school.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.

Skills

• Proficiency in managing complex finance transactions.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
