Duties

• Analyze contracts and medical claims to identify recovery opportunities.
• Draft and manage administrative appeals and demand letters for complex hospital claim denials.
• Perform legal research on healthcare reimbursement and regulatory issues.
• Manage a high volume of active matters against competing deadlines.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable working in Excel, Salesforce, and hospital platforms like Epic and Cerner.
• Demonstrated interest in health law or the healthcare industry.

Education

• J.D. and admission to the Florida Bar.

Certifications

• Admission to the Florida Bar.

Skills

• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance rules is a plus.
