Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of commercial leasing experience.
- Experience with service level agreements and data center construction preferred.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Education
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
Certifications
- Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location.
Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of development issues.
- Experience in Am Law 100 firm preferred.
