• 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate lending.
• Membership in the NY, PA, or NC State Bar (or eligibility to waive into NC).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar membership in relevant state(s).
