Duties

• Handle all aspects of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct discovery, including depositions and written discovery.
• Appear in court and participate in hearings and trials.
• Work directly with clients on strategy and case management.

Requirements

• Active Colorado bar license, or admission in another jurisdiction with eligibility to become licensed in Colorado.
• 5+ years of commercial litigation experience, with a track record of managing complex matters.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in bankruptcy, creditors' rights, or insolvency matters is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain one.
