The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience, with up to 8 years considered. They should possess a strong background in health care-focused client work and knowledge of federal and state regulatory frameworks.

Duties

• Support the Telemedicine & Digital Health Industry Team.
• Draft sophisticated legal documents and manage complex matters.
• Collaborate with clients from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies.
• Mentor junior associates and engage with senior partners.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience, up to 8 years considered.
• Experience with health innovation, telemedicine, and digital health.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
• AmLaw 100 experience preferred but not required.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted.
• Timely admission to the bar of the hiring office's state required.
