• Stay informed on immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff for efficient case management.

Requirements

• Utah Bar membership required.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school preferred.
• No experience required.
• Interest in representing clients in deportation proceedings before immigration court.
• Experience in criminal law is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Education
