• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials

• Collaborate with team members on case strategy and client communications

• Engage in discovery, including document review and interrogatory preparation

• Develop strong working relationships with clients and internal teams

Requirements:

• 2-8 years of hands-on experience handling commercial litigation matters

• Demonstrated success managing multiple cases or litigation tasks with efficiency

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to thrive under deadlines and manage time independently

• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Must be in good standing with the Texas State Bar
