Duties

• Manage assigned matters using case management and reporting software.
• Conduct court appearances and manage related travel requirements.
• Provide superior client care and proactive communication.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Requirements

• Active membership in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• 0-5 years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors' rights practice.
• Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA.
• Strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice, and loss mitigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership of the Texas Bar is required.
• Additional Bar licenses are a plus.
