Duties

• Draft Litigation Hold Notices and conduct client interviews.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT for document collections.
• Develop strategies for data culling and search term crafting.
• Advise on efficient document reviews and supervise review teams.
• Collaborate on document production specifications and QC.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor required.
• 3+ years of dedicated eDiscovery experience.
• Knowledge of eDiscovery Best Practices and industry trends.
• Proficiency with Relativity.
• Experience managing complex matters simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
