Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving diverse employment-related claims.

• Represent employers in court, before agencies, and in mediations and arbitrations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with strong academic performance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in employment law.
• Current admission to the Utah Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.
• Understanding of state and federal agency procedures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

• Admission to the Utah Bar
