The candidate will assist in all aspects of global portfolio strategy and management, including obtaining IP rights in the US and abroad. Must have IP experience with drafting and patent prosecution, a mechanical engineering degree (advanced degrees and/or work experience prior to law school strongly preferred), and USPTO membership. Should have familiarity with machinery, mechanical, and/or electromechanical systems. IP transactional experience also is a plus. Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia.
