Duties

• Advise companies on commercial transactions and general corporate matters.
• Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, vendor, and services agreements.
• Provide practical guidance to business stakeholders by translating legal risk into actionable advice.
• Collaborate closely with executive teams or serve in an outside general counsel or similar advisory role.

Requirements

• Significant experience in advising companies on commercial transactions.
• Deep experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong business judgment and ability to provide practical legal guidance.
• Experience working with executive teams or in an advisory role.
• A portable book of business.

Education

• J.D. from a top-tier law school.
