Duties

• Prepare clients for court appearances and mediation.

Requirements

• Active North Carolina law license and good standing.
• 13+ years of family law experience with significant courtroom presence.
• Ability to manage complex and high-conflict cases independently.
• Strong litigation skills and effective negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of emotional intelligence and organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
