The candidate will handle all aspects of complex litigation to include: drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery and handling discovery disputes, fact investigation and witness interviews, preparing for depositions, arguing motions, overall case management and client interaction. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills; ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with others; ability to communicate effectively in English orally and in writing; ability to organize and prioritize workload; knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, WORD, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Proficiency in PowerPoint a plus. JD degree; Bachelor’s degree, Must be admitted to practice law in Missouri or currently eligible to waive into this jurisdiction, Must have at least one year of litigation experience, including drafting briefs, pleadings, and motions, as well as handling discovery, preparing for depositions, and other aspects of complex litigation. must have top academic credentials. Must have stellar employment history (limited changes since law school graduation). Must have 1-3 years of experience.
