Duties

• Manage complex energy and natural resources transactional work, including M&A and project development.
• Handle renewable energy transactions, including joint ventures and commercial agreements.
• Engage in engineering, procurement, and construction contracts for renewable energy facilities.
• Participate in financing transactions within the energy and natural resources sector.
• Contribute to oil and gas projects as needed.
• Maintain excellent interpersonal skills and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in a sophisticated law firm environment.
• Proficiency in managing complex energy and natural resources transactions.
• Experience with renewable energy transactional work.
• Strong work ethic and ability to assume a high degree of responsibility.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Florida or eligibility to waive in.
