Duties

• Handle coverage disputes involving duty to defend, duty to indemnify, and additional insured issues.
• Interpret complex insurance policies and coverage positions.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent client service.
• Manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of litigation experience.
• Interest in insurance coverage, particularly first or third-party liability coverage.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex insurance policies.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
