A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Associate in Indianapolis, Indiana. Duties

• Analyze complex legal and factual issues and conduct thorough legal research.
• Develop and present defense strategies on behalf of clients.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Manage the disposition of assigned cases efficiently.
• Assist in trial preparation and presentation of witnesses and evidence.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in insurance defense or related field.
• Ability to manage own cases and workload independently.
• Strong writing skills and excellent work ethic.

Education

• Bachelor's degree with J.D.
• Admission to the Indiana State Bar required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Indiana; additional licenses in MI, KY, or IL are a plus.
