Duties:

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications.
• Contribute to prosecution strategy.
• Provide technical and legal research and analysis on matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• Offer technical support for patent interference and litigation proceedings.

Requirements:

• 0-4 years of experience in patent-related work.
• Strong technical background in physics, computer science, or electrical engineering.
• Outstanding writing and analytical skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in physics, computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.

Certifications:

• USPTO registration is not required, though it can be beneficial.

Skills:
