Job Overview: A law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a strong background in insurance defense litigation and trucking/transportation law. Location:

• Marlborough, MA

Duties:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Advise clients on legal strategy and approaches.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
• Conduct initial investigations related to cases.
• Provide regular and detailed case reporting for clients.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• 4+ years of experience in trucking and transportation litigation.
• 4+ years of litigation experience in Massachusetts.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (Required).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (Required).
