Duties

• Engage in high-stakes international arbitration and litigation.

• Conduct legal research and analysis.

Requirements

• Experience in international commercial arbitration or litigation.
• Construction industry experience or relevant engineering degree preferred.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• U.S. work authorization or a path to obtain one for international candidates.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
