A law firm seeks a Senior Associate Attorney in Bellefontaine, OH, to join a dynamic team and help build a thriving practice. The ideal candidate will leverage 3–10 years of litigation and transactional experience across diverse practice areas to support client matters and mentor junior colleagues in a collaborative environment.

Duties

• Lead and manage case files in domestic relations, landlord/tenant, personal injury, and probate matters.

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, contracts, and transactional documents.

• Negotiate resolutions and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.

• Mentor junior attorneys and coordinate with cross-office colleagues on developing new business.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of substantial law firm experience in litigation and transactional work.

• Proven ability to cultivate client relationships and develop matters independently.

• Willingness to relocate within or near the assigned county.

• Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and strong ethical judgment.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Ohio bar (or eligibility for reciprocity).
