A law firm seeks an entrepreneurial associate in Bellefontaine, OH, to join a collaborative team and develop a diverse caseload across multiple practice areas, including family law, civil litigation, real estate, and probate.

Duties

• Manage matters in domestic relations, small claims, landlord/tenant, and personal injury.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.

• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and negotiations.

• Develop business through outreach and relationship building.

Requirements

• 0–5 years of post-J.D. legal experience in a law firm setting.

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to relocate to and serve clients in Bellefontaine or neighboring counties.

• An entrepreneurial mindset to build a personal practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Ohio Bar (or eligibility for reciprocity).
