Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas or applicable jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of tax law experience at a senior associate or partner level.
• Extensive experience in corporate and transactional tax planning.
• Strong judgment and collaboration skills.
• Ability to advise on complex tax matters.

Education
