The candidate will develop and oversees the regulatory approval process for the submission of group health insurance products with federal and state insurance regulators. Will collaborate with multiple functional business areas (enterprise and local senior management, underwriting, legal, marketing & actuarial departments) in the drafting of new product language and products. Includes preparation and submission of form filings and communication with regulators. Evaluates insurance, HMO, and self-funded benefit contracts and benefit booklets and related processes and procedures.
