Location

Duties

• Manage a caseload of general litigation matters including:

  • Construction disputes (residential and commercial)

  • Debt collection defense

  • Non-compete agreement litigation

  • Mechanic’s liens and breach of contract claims

• Originate and handle your own client matters from intake through resolution

• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and refer cases across other practice areas when appropriate

• Participate in firm marketing and client development efforts

• Contribute to the collaborative use of firm-wide legal templates, pleadings, and briefs

• Maintain professional client communication and case updates

Requirements

• 3–6 years of litigation experience

• Active license to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania (in good standing)

• Strong understanding of Pennsylvania litigation processes and legal procedures

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently manage caseload

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Reliable time management and organizational capabilities

• Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced, and team-oriented legal setting

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar (required)

Skills

• General civil litigation and courtroom advocacy

• Legal drafting, research, and case analysis

• Familiarity with both state and federal litigation practices

• Client development and business acumen

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

• Use of legal technology, including case management and e-filing systems
