Duties

• Draft pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.
• Respond to discovery requests and manage case documentation.
• Provide legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.
• Represent clients in court, including oral advocacy and motion practice.
• Manage multiple litigation matters while ensuring attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members on case strategy and preparation.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in commercial and business litigation.
• Strong work ethic, self-starter, and team-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent oral advocacy, research, and writing skills.
• Strong academic background.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
