Duties

• Support partners and senior attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on substantive legal issues.
• Manage case deadlines and ensure timely filings and compliance with procedural rules.
• Participate in client interviews, witness preparation, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in litigation.
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collegial, fast-paced environment with opportunities for early responsibility and direct client interaction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
