Duties

• Prepare cases related to employment matters before state and federal agencies, arbitrations, and courts.
• Attend hearings and manage case responsibilities independently.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Draft motions for federal and state court proceedings.
• Develop cases for trial or arbitration.
• Provide advice and counseling on employment-related issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in employment litigation.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Knowledge of state and federal fair employment laws, wage-hour laws, ADA/FMLA, and related regulations.
• Ability to manage cases with minimal guidance.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of California.
