Duties

• Draft and argue discovery, dispositive, and class certification motions.
• Prepare pleadings and manage document production.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Assist in both jury and bench trials.
• Engage in client counseling and case management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product liability and toxic tort litigation.
• Experience in asbestos and/or talc litigation preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.
