Duties

• Represent clients in significant and high-stakes disputes.

• Engage in business torts, contract disputes, and consumer protection claims.
• Evaluate early exit options to minimize costs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MDL and/or consumer class action.
• Strong understanding of litigation strategies and market dynamics.
• Ability to handle complex commercial litigation matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
