Duties

• Manage a caseload of litigated claims
• Prepare for trial, including strategy discussion, discovery, records review, client interview, and witness preparation
• Conduct research into complex litigation areas
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare and argue motions
• Attend hearings
• Communicate with clients

Requirements

• Washington state bar license
• 5-10 years of litigation experience
• Excellent analytical and critical reasoning skills

• Ability to think on feet and respond strategically

• Ability to work independently and within a strong team

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
