- Experience with LIHTC, tax-exempt bond financings, and layered financing structures.
- Familiarity with HUD programs and state housing finance agency requirements.
- JD and active bar membership in good standing.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Active bar membership in good standing.
