Duties

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
• Address client issues as they arise and provide legal advice and guidance
• Take direction from managing attorneys and complete assignments efficiently
• Manage a high-volume docket of personal injury cases
• Work closely with clients, legal professionals, and experts to build strong cases

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas
• Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license
• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage caseloads independently
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional and approachable manner

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to Texas Bar (Required)
• Valid Texas Driver’s License (Required)
