Senior Counsel

The candidate will do Sales Support for customer agreements including NDAs, Broker agreements, Product guarantees, RFPs and Co-man agreements. Assist in the support of the Human Resources Department with respect to the content, adoption and implementation of certain policies and procedures, Benefits, OSHA, Labor, contracts and litigation. Provide guidance on and assist with the management of the intellectual property. Draft, review and negotiate various agreements, including information technology, procurement, finance and other commercial agreements. Manage a wide variety of commercial disputes and litigation. Bachelor’s Degree, along with J.D. from an accredited Law School. Should have 6 years of legal experience including in-house legal work. Excellent attention to detail, legal research and writing, communication, and project management skills. Process-oriented, able to multi-task, team player, and ability to work independently with limited oversight. Problem-solving skills that demonstrate ability to critically evaluate and analyze issues and recommend well-thought-out and/or creative solutions. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to find creative solutions on diverse matters requiring complex legal and strategic analysis. Ability to create thoughtful and effective presentations to communicate information and recommendations. Good judgment, keen diplomacy, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and thrive in a high-based, fluid environment. Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, and people skills. Ability to work effectively and communicate with senior members of the management team.
