Duties

• Manage purchases and sales of real estate properties.
• Review and address title and survey matters.
• Handle various real estate financing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate leasing agreements.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Contribute to business development activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a law firm's Real Estate group.
• New York Bar membership required.
• Strong drafting, writing, and research skills.
• Proactive self-starter with project management skills.
• Domestic experience required; international experience a plus.

Education

• J.D. required; LL.M. is a plus.

Certifications

• New York Bar membership.
