Duties

• Draft and negotiate contracts and transactional documents.

• Support selected litigation and contested matters when necessary.

Requirements

• A few years of legal experience preferred, but newer attorneys with relevant experience will be considered.
• Excellent writing skills and sound judgment.
• Strong desire to learn and develop in the practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
