• Engage in substantive federal and state tax issue analysis.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of tax controversy experience.
• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in law firms, accounting firms, IRS, Tax Court, or relevant government departments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) required.
• LL.M. in Tax preferred.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar.
