A law firm seeks an experienced trial attorney to join their team in King of Prussia, PA. The successful candidate will handle cases in employment law, commercial litigation, premises liability, and products liability for a Fortune 500 company. This role offers the opportunity to independently manage a caseload, gain trial experience, and collaborate on complex, high-value cases.

Duties

• Represent clients in arbitration, mediation, and trials in state and federal courts.
• Prepare and draft discovery, pleadings, and motions on behalf of clients.
• Conduct and defend party depositions.
• Conduct expert witness discovery and depositions.
• Evaluate medical issues and prepare causation of injury defense.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and dispute resolution plans.
• Participate in mock trials and focus groups for large value matters.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
• Draft pretrial and post-trial motions.

Requirements

• Bar license in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
