Duties

• Consult with potential O-1 and EB-1 clients.
• Review documents and cases for quality assurance.
• Correspond with clients to address legal inquiries.
• Support the Managing Attorney as needed.

Requirements

• Significant experience with O-1 visas and EB-1A Green Cards.
• Familiarity with NIWs.
• Experience with O-1A and O-1B visas.
• Ability to adapt to new environments and processes.
• Strong work ethic and client-focused approach.
• Friendly, courteous, and respectful demeanor.
• Openness to learning and growth within a boutique environment.
• Excellent attention to detail for quality reviews.
• Effective communication skills with clients.

Education

• Licensed to practice law in the U.S.
