Associate Attorney

Profile

Oakland office of our client seeks associate attorney with 4-5 years of experience, preferably on the defense side. The candidate will be responsible for: drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, appearing in court, attending/taking depositions, performing document review and analysis, working with experts, trial preparation, and attendance. Should preferably have a background litigating professional liability cases. Any defense-side experience will be considered. Must be an active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
