Duties:

• Represent clients in criminal defense cases, including both misdemeanor and felony charges.
• Provide expert legal counsel on DUI law and defense strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and case filings.
• Engage in legal research to support case strategy and client representation.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings to defend clients.
• Negotiate settlements and plea deals when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed case files and ensure proper documentation for each case.
• Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients and guide the legal process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in criminal law, with significant experience in both misdemeanor and felony cases.
• Extensive knowledge of DUI law and criminal defense strategies.
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload and work independently.
• Strong negotiation, trial advocacy, and legal research skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships.

• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
