Duties

• Manage a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide regular case updates.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in investigations, NLRB appearances, motion practice, and trials.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in California.
• 5+ years of significant experience handling employment litigation matters.
• Experience with employment discrimination, workplace harassment, wage and hour disputes, and traditional labor law matters.
• Experience in federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actions.
• Experience with investigations before the U.S. Department of Labor and other relevant agencies.
• Experience appearing before the National Labor Relations Board.

Education

• JD degree with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in California.
