Duties

• Advise employers and employees on workplace issues and compliance matters.
• Draft and review employment-related documents, including agreements and policies.
• Manage litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, and trials.
• Handle administrative matters before agencies like the EEOC and PHRC.
• Provide exceptional client service while managing multiple client matters.

Requirements

• Active membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Experience handling employment law matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with federal and Pennsylvania employment laws.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license.
