Duties:

• Assist with all phases of commercial litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeals

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations

• Participate in and prepare for discovery, including depositions and document productions

• Support senior attorneys in court hearings, conferences, and trial preparations

• Engage in strategic case development and litigation planning

• Collaborate closely with clients and legal teams to meet evolving case demands

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience handling business litigation or commercial disputes

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail

• Familiarity with litigation workflows in both state and federal jurisdictions

• Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California, or eligibility for immediate admission

Skills:
