A law firm seeks an Asset Finance & Securitization Associate to join their team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in structured finance and a keen interest in complex financial products. This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, including issuers, borrowers, and financial institutions.

Duties

• Assist in structuring and executing asset finance and securitization transactions.
• Collaborate with clients to develop innovative financial products.
• Conduct legal research and draft transaction documents.
• Support senior attorneys in client meetings and negotiations.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in structured finance.
• Experience with assets such as solar loans, mineral rights, and credit card receivables preferred.
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
• Interest in developing client relationships and working in a team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
