The firm specializes in credit repair knowledge, technology and regulatory compliance. Providing paralegal supervision by attending and leading team meetings, monitoring paralegal communications, having a physical presence on the paralegal floor, supervising and interacting with non-attorney management, and conducting regular trainings. Ensuring legal compliance and providing oversight of departments such as quality assurance, learning and development, data services, recruiting, or outsourced services. Spending time in and out of office, on and off phone, interacting with a high energy team in a dynamic environment. Building lasting business relationships while changing clients’ lives for the better.
