Duties

• Manage contested claims and cases.
• Conduct legal research and court trials.
• Engage in motion and discovery practice.
• Participate in mediations and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with experienced injury attorneys.
• Supervise and assist paralegals and legal assistants.
• Contribute to firm marketing goals.

Requirements

• JD candidates attending an ABA school or Utah Licensed Attorneys.
• Willingness to take the Utah State Bar or transfer to Utah.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Focused, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

Education

• Doctorate (Preferred)

Certifications

• Utah State Bar or UBE jurisdiction eligibility.
