Duties

• Manage the full Arkansas pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlement or suit.
• Evaluate liability and damages to build strong demand packages and negotiate settlements.
• Direct case strategy with paralegal support for medical record collection and documentation.
• Identify cases ready for litigation and ensure clean handoffs to the litigation team.
• Negotiate with adjusters and carriers, leveraging knowledge of Arkansas settlement practices.
• Provide timely case status updates and collaborate on Arkansas pod performance.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Arkansas Bar.
• 5-10 years of experience in Personal Injury law.
• Must be located in or near the State of Arkansas.
• Strong communication, negotiation, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage a robust caseload independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of Arkansas laws, regulations, and procedures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active admission to the Arkansas Bar.
